I’ve been here twice now to reattach a retainer and get a filling. Dr. Hoang and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and personable. Dr. Hoang does a great job of providing information, answering questions, and making sure you are comfortable during the procedures. I have nothing but positive things to say about the experience.

I have had a wonderful experience here over the past few weeks! My first visit was a cleaning and diagnosis of my broken crown, and I had two follow ups to get my crown replaced. The ladies at the front desk, dental assistants, and Dr. Ngo have all been so kind and helpful, and explained everything thoroughly. The equipment is modern, they have TVs and played my favorite music (BTS 💜) which is SO helpful for someone like me with dental anxiety. They even remembered my favorite music during my next visit, which was so thoughtful and made my day! Truly a caring, positive and welcoming environment, you can tell they really care about their patients. I am happy to have found this dentist!

This is a great clinic and I high recommend. Dr. Bao Hoang is gentle, professional and highly experienced. The front desk team, Amy and the other lady, always greet people with warm smiles and excellent service, making every visit feel welcoming. The hygienists are exceptionally professional as well. I would like to thank Vanessa specifically, who took care of my teeth clean last Friday, stands out as one of the best hygienists I've ever met in NC—thorough, skilled, and genuinely caring. I'm so grateful to have my entire family been taken care of by them.

I have been visiting Dr. Hoang’s office for 4 years and am very satisfied with the services. The office is nice and welcoming. The staff is exceptionally friendly. Amy and Karen at the front desk always recognize me immediately. My dental hygienist, Sheryl, is thorough and gentle during cleaning sessions. The doctor is highly professional and well-trained. I highly recommend this dental practice, and I intend to continue my care here for many years to come.

I have always had excellent experiences at Optimum Dental. The entire staff are always very welcoming. My hygienist was thorough and highly efficient during my teeth cleaning, while also being attentive to my comfort. Dr. Hoang is very professional and takes the time to explain everything clearly. From planning to insurance handling, the team is professional and efficient. I would recommend this establishment to anyone.

The staff at Optimum Dental is really great. My hygienist was very thorough and very gentle--she even went out of her way to remove some old invisalign cement from my teeth! Dr. Hoang is very kind and made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. I would recommend this office highly!

I had my front crowns redone after a previous bad experience, and Dr. Hoang truly exceeded my expectations. He took the time to create temporary crowns and carefully prepare my gums to ensure the best possible outcome for the permanent ones. The lab did an excellent job, and Dr. Bao and the entire team were outstanding throughout the process. I continue to return for cleanings and ongoing care because of the level of attention and professionalism they provide. If you need detailed crown work, I highly recommend Dr. Hoang.

Had a very pleasant visit today with Dr Bao and his lovely staff. Amy and Karen did a killer job in the front and Dr. Bao’s hygienist, Venessa, was very professional. They didn’t tried to sell me anything during my visit and they sent me home with a game plan and options! 10/10 would recommend !

Dr Hoang is the best! I had a dental crown done recently and had an excellent experience!
